What was your first introduction to classic cars/hotrods...and at what age?

I was 15 years old and I knew that I would be getting my learners license on my 16th birthday.

I went and looked at two cars. One was a 1965 Valiant with a small block V8 273 Commando and no brakes!

The other car was a 1964 Ford Falcon with a tired 170 six cylinder and a "three on the tree" manual transmission and it had brakes. My mother chose the car that had brakes..

How old were you when you knew you wanted to work on cars as a career?

    55

How did you get started in the Auto repair and restoration industry?

"I conned my family and friends into "investing" in an old service station"

What classic cars/trucks have you owned or do you own currently?

1969 Ford Club Wagon, several 64 Falcon Sedans, a 65 Falcon hardtop, a 62 Ranchero, 63 Parisienne, 61 Corvair pickup, 70 Chevy C10.. probably a few others I can't remember at the moment..

If you could have any classic car/truck what would it be?

    1968 Ford F250 Highboy Crew Cab & a 1970 (ish) Jeep Wagoneer.

What's the perfect day at G.A.S. Classics look like?

It's a weekend and nobody else is around..

Working on technical patterns and sewing shit.

Anything else we should know about you?

If it's hot outside and the beer is cold.. I'll drink a Lucky..
